Bio
Keith Hollimon moves into his fourth season directing the Compton College men's basketball team as head coach in 2025-26 after the program reached big heights in 2024-25.
Hollimon was named the South Coast Conference South Division Coach of the Year after guiding the squad to its first SCC championship in eight years. Compton finished with a 20-10 overall record and as a 20th seed in the SoCal Regional Playoffs, it upset #13 MiraCosta before eliminated in Round 2 by Mt. San Antonio.
Hollimon's team had one of the state's top players in SCC South MVP and All-State selection Zoe Holman. He led the state in overall steals and averaged 17.2 points per contest. Jordan English also made the elite, 11-player conference team.
Compton put together an impressive 9-game winning streak into the postseason. Besides its playoff victory over MiraCosta, the team had strong regular season victories over #7 Moorpark and #13 Cerritos.
Hollimon began his coaching career as an assistant at Mt. SAC in 2007, and on a staff that won the 3C2A State Championship in 2013.
He transitioned to the assistant coaching staff at Pasadena City College, serving four seasons from 2016-2020.
Hollimon coached five California Community College All-Americans as well as the South Coast Conference Most Valuable Players in 2013, 2015, 2016, and now 2025.
He served as the Director of Basketball Operations at AGBU (Canoga Park) from 2009-2014 and led player and coaching clinics in China in the summer of 2016.
In addition to coaching, Keith comes from a basketball background as both a college player and as managing partner of Frontline Sports Management from 2001-2007. In that capacity, he represented professional athletes who played domestically and internationally, hosted international teams, and provided oversight to training and workout programs.
Hollimon coached his athletes in the Summer Professional Basketball League at the Long Beach Pyramid, as well as in games organized against foreign professional and national teams. He served on the Board of Directors for the On-Deck Foundation, an organization that provides athletic opportunities for at-risk and underprivileged youth.
Raised in the "City of Lost Wages," Hollimon played prep basketball at Las Vegas High School in Nevada. He earned a playing scholarship to Azusa Pacific University and served as team captain in his final three seasons.

He went on to receive a certification in mediation and a Juris Doctorate Degree when he graduated from People’s College of Law in Los Angeles. He obtained his master's in kinesiology from California Baptist University.
